I thrive in collaborative, goal-driven spaces, fueled by morning coffee, kindness, and my love for connecting work tasks to the bigger picture. I’m especially passionate about effective communication as a force multiplier, coaching individual contributors into great leaders, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.

My Story
I live in Baltimore, MD, with my dog, Margaret. Career-wise I’ve done everything from drive an ice cream truck to help scale a tech startup. In whatever role I’ve held, I owe my success to an ability to process large amounts of information quickly, a willingness to experiment–and fail– occasionally, and a belief that my role as a leader isn’t to manage tasks but is to help people find their potential.
However circuitous my career path may seem, at the heart of everything I do is a focus on communication and how it can clarify, optimize, and improve operations. I get energized by learning how things work and finding ways to make them work better. I truly enjoy process analysis and value the power of a well-constructed list.
You’ll often catch me making a joke to lighten the mood or sharing something interesting I found online. You’ll sometimes catch me in an airport or loading up my car for some adventurous travel. And you’ll never catch me far from a cup of coffee.
